By using this site and the services available through it you are entering into agreement with "The VIP Experience" with the following conditions.

Terms of Use

1. Whilst we endevour to try and ensure that all information on this site is current and correct, we do not guarantee its accuracy. When booking one of our services or one of the services through us, please ensure that you are aware of all the information at the time of booking.

2. The forms used to "book" services are not confirmed bookings. On receiving the booking enquiry, we will check the details and contact the relevent person to finalise any details. A booking is only confirmed when we have received the relevent deposit and the booking form is signed by us.

3. If you need to cancel the booking, please note that the deposit is always non-refundable, unless agreed otherwise. If you have made full payment already and need to cancel the booking the difference between the full payment and the deposit will be returned minus a percentage as follows; 60 days (25%), 30 days (50%), less than 30 days (no refund at all).

4. If, for some reason we are required to cancel the booking, we will try and locate another company offering the same or a similar service. We may contract out to another company or we may provide you with the contact details. In any event, we shall refund any payment made to us including the deposit, but will not be held resposible for the booking once a refund has been made.

5. The Site may contain advertising and/or sponsorship. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Site complies with relevant laws and codes. We will not be responsible for any error or inaccuracy in advertising and sponsorship material.

6. If any provision of these User Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these User Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

7. Failure by us to exercise any right or remedy under these User Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

8. These User Terms will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise in connection with these User Terms.
